The client needed a cross-dock distribution center within 90 days of groundbreaking. We engineered 32 m clear-span rigid frames with 8 m eave height, 12 dock levelers and a 1,200 m² mezzanine office block, then shipped 780 t of fabricated steel in nine 40'HC containers.
Our six-person erection supervision team worked alongside local crews, completing the frame in 38 days and full handover — cladding, doors, floors and offices — on day 62.
